Dan has represented debtors in Chapter 7 Petitions before the Bankruptcy
Court.
Worker's Compensation
Dan has represented hundreds of clients who have had work-related
injuries and brought Workers Compensation claims before the Industrial
Commission.
Wills/Probate
As a partner in a small firm, and a sole-practioner, Dan has done
scores of wills, as well as administered probate estates, and represented
clients in guardianship and adoption cases.
Personal injury
For 4 years, Dan worked at a prominent personal injury law firm. He
went on his own 8 years ago, and has handled hundreds of personal
injury cases. He has tried many cases before Cook and Lake
County juries, and has represented scores of clients before Arbitration
panels. He also works part-time as an arbitrator in Lake County.

Federal Court
As a member of the Federal Trial Bar, Dan has represented clients
in Federal Court in the Nothern District of Illinois, including an

Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
